2027 Kia EV5 GT first look - a 306 PS family SUV that loses a sprint to the cheaper Skoda Elroq RS but beats it on space. Kia has added a GT version to its mid-size electric SUV, and we walked around it at the Paris Mondial de l'Auto. Dual motors, all-wheel drive, 20-inch wheels, lime-green accents on the seats, dash and brake calipers, and a boot that is bigger than the Skoda Elroq RS it competes with. The catch is weight: around 2.2 tonnes, with a 150 kW charging ceiling. We look at the exterior, the sports seats, the screens, the rear bench and the boot, then compare it with the Elroq RS on price, speed and room.
