Thomas | Faces of Auroville Tango

Episode #16, meet Thomas, a 20-year-old from Pondicherry, full of courage. Tango is a place to grow, connect and become the kind of adult he wants to be. We often find him sitting at the milongas, yet Tango has become a language, a responsibility, and a way home. Faces of Auroville Tango is an ongoing series of conversations with the people who have shaped the Auroville Tango collective over the years and continue to grow with it and through it. The series explores the stories, diversity and aspirations that live within Auroville Tango through conversations with both long-time tangueros and younger generations of dancers. Together, their voices trace the evolving culture, human aspirations, individual and collective growth and perhaps a shared spirit that have emerged around Tango in Auroville.
