What do I say that hasn’t already been said? When Kimi first came into Formula 1, I’ll be honest, I was a bit skeptical. I didn’t think he would live up to the hype especially due to the way everyone was talking about him. It felt way too good to be true, but after Brazil, Vegas and Canada, I knew he was something special. I just didn’t expect him to dominate the way he has this season. In fact, one of my wild predictions for the 2026 season was that Kimi would win the title, and that was mainly based on the fact that everyone was saying George, but I felt that Kimi had a higher ceiling. Now I think about it, I probably should’ve put money on it. But the way he has dominated has just been a sight to behold. His relationships with drivers like Max and Lewis make him even more likeable than he already is, and after winning in Madrid, the fact he acknowledged that Lando should’ve won made me like him even more.
