This one though, is a blend of synthetic hair instead of the usual natural deertail hair - I added feathers for more movement and flash for added attraction. The fish hair used here gives it a slimmer profile, a lot of movement and increased durability. This is a very easy DIY anyone can make - the materials are quite common and can be easily substituted - as you might have heard, I was not even using fly tying feathers for this as the feathers I used were sourced from a shuttle cock.
