Vinnie Colaiuta Clinic, Copenhagen 1988 – Part 1 of 2

Vinnie Colaiuta – Drum clinic at Montmartre, Copenhagen 1988. This is part 1 of 2 and features Vinnie playing a solo and along with sequencer tracks. I was there on that day and it was a fantastic and very inspiring event. Somehow I got hold of a copy of a recording from this clinic (on tape) and I had it sitting in my walkman (!) for a long time. I have now transferred the clinic to a digital format to be able to share it. Since this material comes from a copy of a cassette the sound could, of course, be better. There's a similar clinic uploaded to Youtube from his clinic in Norway and it's interesting to compare the two – to see just how different the two performances are considering they are probably just a few days apart.
