Sly 1 All Vaults w/ Cheats speedrun in 23:16

just barely squeaked out the record with this one. pretty solid world 1 and 2, lost it a bit in world 3 and world 4 was pretty bad. i wanna push this run to sub 23, sub 22 is also possible. my sum of best is a 21:16, with a clean world 3 and 4 i think my sob could be pushed to sub 21
