KLM 787-9 World Business Class KUL-AMS Review

Flying on the World Business Class onboard KLM’s Boeing 787-9 on a 14 hour flight from Kuala Lumpur to Amsterdam. While the hard product is good, it is let down by the lacklustre catering from Amsterdam. However, the cabin crew were friendly and the seats are comfortable enough for a solid 6-7 hours sleep.
