My second wing UP Summit – nice flights and interesting situations in my third paragliding season

The second chapter is about how an eager beginner becomes a pilot who already knows what he’s doing – and, more importantly, why. Moving to the Summit opens the door to longer flights, first competitions, big mistakes, and real moments of euphoria. From lockdown cross‑countries at Cukrák, to that daring stunt with Karel, all the way to Colombian returns and technical SIV – this stage is full of growth, humility, and the joy of realizing you can keep pushing further. And by the end of it, it’s clear that the next step has to come.
