This was the first time in my solo adventure journey that I decided to try trekking. The moment I reached Mechuka + Arunachal Pradesh in Northeast India, I saw this massive green mountain standing proudly in the heart of the valley. From the very first second I looked at it, I told myself — somehow, one day, I have to conquer that mountain. And finally… this was the day. Along with my friend from Nepal, I decided to take on the challenge. Usually, I’m more comfortable on my motorcycle than on a trekking trail. Trekking is not something I normally do — and honestly, this one was very tough. The climb tested my stamina, patience, and mental strength. But step by step, we kept moving forward. By the end of the day, standing on top of that green giant in Mechuka, I felt something unforgettable — happiness, pride, and pure gratitude. Witnessing that breathtaking view in the heart of Mechuka is a memory I will carry for the rest of my life.
