Check out the difference in sail settings, notice how a flat jib with no twist makes the boat slow! at 0:55 there is a collision, it appears that 44 has broken rule 16, he is the right of way boat but changes course and hits 88. It looks like if 44 had kept its course , 88 would have been clear. Its hard to judge because the wind near the pontoon is turbulent and some boats have been stalling by the windward mark.
