My Mugen Roster Revamped update 2 + Tournament Sign ups (Closed)

Hey guys I'm back sorry, it took so long, I was taking a little break from taking requests, then my laptop needed some repairs after about 2 weeks of being repaired it broke, and while I was saving money for a new laptop, Youtube announced a new rule from Coppa, I took a 2 month hiatus from youtube, irl stuff was slowing me down especially with this pandemic, helping my family buy supplies to survive it, I'm finally back with a new Laptop, It's been a while but it seems like I do this every time I comeback from hiatus, but I'll be announcing a Mugen Tournament, requests will be open soon after the tournament is over.
