Solo Camping in an Open Grassland Near the Jungle 🌿🏕️ For this solo camping adventure, I chose a beautiful open grassland located close to the jungle and a little away from the village. I chose this peaceful natural place because the risk of encountering elephants seemed lower here, but in the wild, there is never a complete guarantee. I arrived during the day and everything was calm and peaceful. I set up my tent, explored the surroundings, and watched the sun go down. After sunset, I cooked my dinner beside the tent while enjoying the peaceful atmosphere of nature. But as it started getting dark, I noticed lightning from a distant storm in the sky. That made me worried about whether heavy rain and thunderstorms might reach my campsite. At the same time, I couldn't completely ignore the possibility of elephants coming through the area at night. Thankfully, no elephants came to my campsite, but knowing that they could potentially be somewhere nearby made the night a little tense. I eventually went to sleep inside my tent, trying to stay calm while listening to the sounds of the night and wondering what the weather would bring. This wasn't just a peaceful camping trip—it was a night of nature, uncertainty, rain, storms and the fear of elephants, all while camping alone in the wild. And that night, the very thing I had been least worried about actually came true.
