If your Meta Ads Manager data does not match your CRM, the issue is usually how conversion events are sent, matched, or deduplicated. To fix this, you must configure both the Meta Pixel and Conversions API (CAPI) to pass the same unique Event ID so Meta can deduplicate the signals. Tracking is not just about installing a pixel; it is an operating system. To ensure your marketing teams are looking at accurate numbers, your tracking framework must answer these 5 questions: • What is the conversion? Define the exact event (Lead, Purchase, Complete Registration). • Where is it generated? Pinpoint if it happens on your website, a 3rd-party form, or inside the CRM. • Which signals send it? Identify if you are using browser events, server events, or both. • How is it deduplicated? Ensure you are passing a unique, dynamic Event ID for both browser and server calls. • How do you verify it? Run a controlled test lead and match the Meta timestamp and source directly to your CRM record. 👇 Want our team to audit your broken tracking and build this exact system for you?
