Three hours of smooth, deep brown noise over slow, very dark indigo clouds. The picture is a gentle field of deep indigo, navy and midnight blue with the faintest touch of violet, drifting almost imperceptibly and slowly brightening and dimming in a calm 60 second breathing rhythm. It is intentionally dark and low-contrast, so it is easy on the eyes in a dark bedroom.
What's in the sound (no music, no voices, no tones, no clicks):
• Brown noise: a deep, soft, rumbling hush that falls away steadily toward the highs (about -6 dB per octave), rolled off above roughly 2 kHz so there is no hiss
• A very slow, subtle swell in level and warmth (about +/-1.5 dB over 60 seconds) in step with the visuals, so it feels alive but never distracting
• Quiet and steady: mastered around -21 LUFS, quieter than most videos on purpose
What's on screen: soft indigo, navy and midnight-blue clouds with a faint violet glow, fading slowly in and out. No objects, no text, no flashing and no sudden changes. A light film grain keeps the dark gradients smooth.
Good for: sleep, naps, relaxing, reading, studying, focus work, meditation, masking background noise, and calming a busy mind.
This is a bonus video in our ambience series. Everything you see and hear was generated procedurally for this video: the sound is a steady noise bed with a very slow, subtle swell (about +/-1.5 dB over a 60 second cycle) that is matched to the slow breathing of the colours on screen. The visuals are slow, dark colour clouds with no objects, no text, no flashing and no sudden changes.
Tips: play it at a low, comfortable volume and keep the room volume well below the level of speech. Many people leave it running overnight with the screen dimmed. If it helps you settle in, a like or subscribe is genuinely appreciated, and comments on which sounds you'd like next are welcome.
Note: this is an ambience video for relaxation, not medical treatment.
