Unemployment rate in Rwanda stood at 13.2 per cent in February 2016. The Ministry of Public Service and Labour, together with other 18 stakeholders, launched a month-long awareness campaign through National Employment Programme (NEP) which is well in line with government's Vision 2020 of moving towards productive off-farm jobs to reach the ambitious targets for poverty reduction.
