BLACKPOOL's Ploy Thai Cafe - Toilet Roll Napkins?

You know how much we LOVE Thai food. Well, we've been looking forward to dining at PLOY THAI CAFE in Blackpool for ages, and one miserable February night in BLACKPOOL e finally decided to give ourselves a treat.
