What a pleasure to hear flute player, Maria, play an excerpt from Brahms' 4th Symphony, which gives us the opportunity to talk about interpreting his dynamic markings for this flute solo. Later in the episode, we hear from David, a double bassist, as he performs Bach's Courante from the Suite IV, and we get to discuss some double bass technique and work on details for this piece.
