An early OTIS Spec 90 traction elevator with a doorbell chime! [Carpark Access]

📍 Telepark 5 Tampines Central 6, Singapore What makes this elevator is so rare is the early version of the Spec Creces, comes with the doorbell chime! While the neighbouring buildings with even bigger carparks just have one lift (elevator) lobby for everything, this building with its single basement has a dedicated carpark lift to serve the tenants who parked in cars. This was a very insensitive secure building owned by Singtel, and while the basement and the first floor lobby are public premises, the above upper floors were restricted behind turnstiles which are original to the building.
