New Style ITV Meridian Weather Graphics 03/10/16

This is the first broadcast of the new weather style graphics from ITV meridian, from 03/10/16 tonight, with simon parkin. Also looking back on how weather used to be. A bit of weather history. :-) Just seen a slight glitch in the signal there but nothing too bad. Can't change it anyway.
