Robbed at Gunpoint

The plaintiff claims he gave the defendant money to purchase a car, and suddenly the man told him he was robbed and all the money was stolen. The plaintiff didn’t believe the story and is suing to get his money back. The defendant says he was robbed at gunpoint right after withdrawing the cash from the bank, and the police investigation is ongoing.
