Everquest Legends Guide: Mane Attraction | Mana Preservation II Without Using Your Neck Slot

In this EverQuest Legends guide, I show how to complete part of the Raincaller quest to obtain Mane Attraction and its Mana Preservation II focus effect. This gives you an alternative to using Black Alloy Medallion in your neck slot. Mane Attraction is a Head item usable by all classes and races. By extracting its focus exaltation and placing it on a helm, you can keep Mana Preservation II while freeing your neck slot for a different focus effect. Mana Preservation II reduces the mana cost of spells by up to 10%. The bonus decays on spells over level 44. This guide focuses on the portion of the Raincaller quest needed for Mane Attraction, rather than the full Raincaller quest. I also explain why its Head-slot focus option is useful compared with Black Alloy Medallion's Neck-slot option. 00:00 Mane Attraction and Mana Preservation II overview 00:59 Ping Fuzzlecutter: preparation and supplies - /waypoint -264,516,-24 02:54 Hulking gorillas: collecting hair in Cazic-Thule - /waypoint 300,350,12 05:25 Traveling to Kedge Keep and Enduring Breath 06:37 Golden haired mermaid: collecting locks of hair 08:50 Finding Sanfyrd Featherhead in Ak'Anon (map pin) - /waypoint 2020,-231 11:53 Hair tonic crates and getting the Tattered Tote - /waypoint 2020,-231 13:44 Final item checklist and returning to Freeport 14:09 Ping Fuzzlecutter: Mane Attraction turn-in - /waypoint -264,516,-24 14:52 Leveling Mane Attraction for focus extraction MORE EVERQUEST LEGENDS EverQuest Legends Guides & Gameplay:    • EverQuest Legends Guides & Gameplay | Nylak   EverQuest Legends Livestreams:    • EverQuest Legends Livestreams | Leveling, ...   Items & Focus Effect Guides:    • EverQuest Legends Items & Focus Effect Gui...   FOLLOW NYLAK YouTube:    / @nylak911   Twitch:   / nylak911   #EverQuestLegends #ManeAttraction #ManaPreservation #EverQuest #NylakPlays
