Escalations & Sup15

SMF-controlled SUP 15-style escalation, notification, evidence, and decision tracking. This means the escalation entry form is structured using the SUP 15 format so if it becomes a SUP-15, it is an easy port over. All triage, meeting notes, files, data can be saved against an escalation until it is resolved. Where it is a material incident that needs to be reported to the FCA it can be automatically converted into a SUP-15 More importantly, all records, actions, meeting notes etc are audit trailed, timestamped and can be downloaded as evidence as part of the SUP-15 submission.
