Pavement Preservation Basics

In this SSE presentation, Engineer Ahmed Omer, PE, provides an overview of street maintenance and pavement preservation principles drawing on more than 14 years of experience in municipal engineering and public infrastructure work. Throughout his career, Ahmed has held several engineering roles with Minnesota municipalities, including serving as City Engineer for the City of Brooklyn Center and as a Professional Engineer with the City of Minneapolis. His previous experience also includes engineering positions with the cities of Saint Paul and Apple Valley, as well as work in water resources engineering and consulting.
