Salto del Pastor Canario. The Discovering New Zealand Series. Episode1

This video is the first in a series that aims to follow the development of Salto del Pastor Canario in New Zealand. This first episode focuses on providing a background story of Salto del Pastor from its land of origin, the Canary Islands. Its main goal is to illustrate how the geography, climate and flora of the Islands created ideal conditions for this art to develop there. This video has been intentionally reduced in length to remain accessible and engaging, while acknowledging that the history of Salto del Pastor Canario is much more extensive than what is shown. The camera equipment used in this video is only basic. That certainly affects both sound and quality of the video. I have done my best to reflect the beauty of the Islands, however I deeply encourage you to see them in real life one day. I hope you enjoy it! Regards Antonio
