In today's video, we are making Juicy & Smoky Lebanese Chicken Tikka using 1.5 KG boneless chicken from the leg and thigh. The chicken is marinated with a delicious blend of spices, lemon juice, tomato paste and oil, then cooked outdoors in the beautiful and peaceful Patti Forest. This Lebanese-style chicken tikka is juicy, flavorful, smoky and perfect for BBQ lovers! Ingredients: 1.5 KG boneless chicken (leg & thigh) 1 tsp salt 1 tsp crushed red chili / chili flakes 1 tsp red chili powder 1.5 tsp tandoori masala ½ tsp cumin 1 tsp white pepper 1 tsp chicken powder Juice of 5–6 lemons 2 tsp tomato paste 30–40g oil A pinch of yellow food color Marinate the chicken for at least 1 hour for the best flavor.
