Driving in Germany: Empty Autobahn A8 from Stuttgart to Karlsruhe

#Autobahn #A8 #AutobahnA8 #Stuttgart This was recently filmed on a Sunday morning drive from Stuttgart in the direction of Karlsruhe. We follow the usually busy A8 West which terminates at Dreieck (Triangle) Karlsruhe where it flows into the North-West Autobahn A5. The A8 picks back up around Saarbrücken, so there is still a missing link. This was filmed from 5 AM, it will get lighter later in the video. Most of the Autobahn has a 2x3 lane alignment, except for some notorious parts that are well-known bottlenecks. One you can clearly see around the city of Pforzheim, which has been a huge bottleneck for years. During the day you can almost always expect traffic there.
