To your right sleeping peacefully on your leg is your cat. To your left is your significant other, also utilizing your abilities as a human pillow. You have to move one leg to kill the cockroach. However, there is also a gun next to your right leg. It would probably wake up both of them, but you could avoid physical contact with the insect entirely and use the gun, but if you throw the gun, you could get the best of both worlds. Unless, of course, you fail to kill the cockroach, and then the cockroach has the gun and you don't. Do you want to be at the mercy of a cockroach you just failed to kill? If not, don't just hand it a weapon like that. You could instead take the bullets out of the gun, then carefully remove your belt and loop it around the trigger guard. Now you have a recoverable projectile. Alternatively, you could just not load the gun, obviously. What's the cockroach going to do? Shoot air? You could also just take the mag out and chuck the mag, or just take all the bullets out and throw them one by one. You must be very strong to kill a cockroach with a projectile that individually doesn't weigh much, though. According to all known laws of aviation, there is no wa
