Fresh Village Bread & Persian Dizi | Grandma’s Ancient Stone Mill 🌾

🌿 Join us for another peaceful day in the beautiful countryside of Northern Iran, where traditional village life, homemade food, and generations-old techniques come together. 🪨 One of the most special parts of today’s video is watching our beloved grandmother grind wheat by hand using an ancestral traditional stone mill. This old stone mill has been used for generations, and Grandma continues this beautiful tradition by slowly turning wheat into fresh flour using a completely traditional method. 🌾 🥖 Then Banafshah uses the freshly ground flour to prepare and bake delicious traditional round village bread by hand. From whole wheat to freshly ground flour and finally to warm homemade bread, this beautiful process gives us a glimpse into the traditional food culture of Northern Iran. 🍲 After that, Bahar prepares a delicious traditional Persian Abgoosht (Dizi). This hearty village meal is slowly cooked in a traditional way, creating a wonderful aroma that fills the countryside.
