അബുദാബി കിരീടാവകാശി ഷെയ്ഖ് ഖാലിദ് ബിന്‍ മുഹമ്മദ് ബിന്‍ സായിദ് അല്‍ നഹ്യാന്‍ ഇന്ത്യന്‍ പ്രധാനമന്ത്രി നരേന്ദ്ര മോദിയുമായി കൂടിക്കാഴ്ച നടത്തി. ഇരുരാജ്യങ്ങളും തമ്മിലുള്ള ദീര്‍ഘകാല സുഹൃദ്ബന്ധവും സാമ്പത്തിക സഹകരണവും കൂടുതല്‍ ശക്തമാക്കുന്നതിനെക്കുറിച്ചും നിര്‍ണായക മേഖലകളില്‍ പുതിയ പങ്കാളിത്ത അവസരങ്ങള്‍ തുറക്കുന്നതിനെക്കുറിച്ചും ഇരനേതാക്കളും ചര്‍ച്ച ചെയ്തു.പതിനെട്ടാമത് ബ്രിക്സ് ഉച്ചകോടിയുടെ ഭാഗമായി ന്യൂഡല്‍ഹിയിലെ ഹൈദരാബാദ് ഹൗസില്‍ സംഘടിപ്പിച്ച സ്വീകരണ ചടങ്ങിലാണ് കൂടിക്കാഴ്ച നടന്നത്. ഷെയ്ഖ് ഖാലിദ് ബിന്‍ മുഹമ്മദ് ബിന്‍ സായിദ് അല്‍ നഹ്യാനെയും യുഎഇ പ്രതിനിധി സംഘത്തെയും പ്രധാനമന്ത്രി നരേന്ദ്ര മോദി സ്വീകരിച്ചു. Prime Minister Narendra Modi met Abu Dhabi Crown Prince Sheikh Khaled bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan in New Delhi on the sidelines of the 18th BRICS Summit. The meeting focused on strengthening the long-standing strategic partnership between India and the United Arab Emirates and exploring new areas of cooperation.The discussions come at a significant time for both countries, with India and the UAE looking to expand cooperation across several strategic and economic sectors. According to reports, the two leaders discussed opportunities involving energy, defence, artificial intelligence, space, critical minerals, food security and connectivity. The India-Middle East-Europe Economic Corridor was also highlighted as an important area of connectivity cooperation.
