This MAN Driveshaft Was Worn Out, We Replaced the Spline Shaft and Rebuilt It

Please help me reach my first 280 subscribers!    / @theworkshopguy-z3e   This MAN truck driveshaft came into the workshop with a badly worn spline shaft that was no longer suitable for proper use. Instead of trying to save the damaged section, we decided to rebuild it the right way. In this video, we remove the worn spline shaft, prepare a new replacement, fit everything together, weld the shaft back up, and rework the assembly so it can function properly again. The job required careful alignment, machining, welding, and checking every part before the final result. A worn spline section can quickly turn into a much bigger drivetrain problem if it’s left too long, especially on a heavy truck. In the end, the driveshaft was fully rebuilt with a new spline shaft and brought back into proper working condition.
