Lyrics: [Intro – Processional Chant] From death-world dust, from hive-born night, From frozen fang and furnace light, The aspirant climbs where the weak expire— A mortal name fed into sacred fire. [Verse I] Bone is broken, blood rewritten, Sacred gifts beneath the skin; Second heart and blackened carapace, A human child erased by grace. Hypno-prayers in vaults of stone, Battle-cant becomes the soul; When armour seals with incense smoke, The man is gone—the weapon woke. [Pre-Chorus] Bolt and blade, oath and scar, Monks who carry temples into war; Every pauldron bears a past, Every brother forged to last. [Chorus] One Throne—a thousand ways to kneel, One purpose hammered into steel; A thousand banners, one command: Be the wall where mortals stand. From fortress-moon to burning star, Countless monasteries march to war; Different rites and different names— One Imperium beneath the flames. [Verse II – The Chapters] Macragge counts the measured beat: Shield-wall cadence, ordered feet. The Codex speaks in lines of blue— Plan the war, then see it through. Fenris answers horn with howl: Sagas carved on axe and cowl. No quiet saints in winter’s hall— They laugh, they feast, they hunt, they brawl. Chogoris rides the thunder plain: White scars flash through dust and rain. No fortress waits, no gunline stays— The hunt is prayer at killing pace. Baal paints beauty over dread: Gold-winged angels, armour red. Each perfect face, each sculptor’s hand Hides thirst and rage they scarce command. Nocturne rings with hammer blows: Fire is mercy when it knows That strength exists to guard the small— The drake stands last so men don’t fall. The Rock keeps bells and secrets deep; Black-clad orders rarely sleep. Some sins are locked behind the sword, Some vows outlive the spoken word. [Chorus] One Throne—a thousand ways to kneel, One purpose hammered into steel; A thousand banners, one command: Be the wall where mortals stand. From fortress-moon to burning star, Countless monasteries march to war; Different rites and different names— One Imperium beneath the flames. [Verse III – The Living Order] The Chaplain guards the inner creed, The Librarian chains the warp to need; The Techmarine anoints the gun, The Apothecary saves what death has won. Progenoid sealed in a reliquary, Tomorrow’s knight from the fallen carried; A brother dies, yet duty breeds— The Chapter lives through harvested seeds. Scouts move first through ash and wire, Veterans walk where worlds catch fire; Captains rule by deed and scar, Dreadnoughts dream inside the war. Centuries pass in a helm’s red glow— Empires forget what the Astartes know: The foe returns, the beacon dims, And still they answer battle hymns. [Bridge – Half-Time Litany] But ask the serf who scrubs the plate, Ask the world that paid the tithe, Ask the mother at the fortress gate What holy angels cost to make alive. They save mankind, but not its peace; They end invasions, not the grief. Too far from men to share their fear, Still close enough to guard them here. [Final Verse] Alien claw and traitor crown, Daemon gate and hive brought down; Drop-pods fall like judgment bells, Power armour walks through hell. Not gods, though peasants bow in awe; Not men, though made from mortal flaw; They are the Emperor’s ancient debt— A promise war has not paid yet. [Final Chorus] One Throne—a thousand ways to kneel, One purpose hammered into steel; Let Fenris howl and Baal lament, Let Chogoris ride the firmament; Let Nocturne forge and Macragge plan, Let hidden bells condemn the damned. From gene-seed vault to final star— A thousand monasteries at war! [Outro – Choir] In death, the seed. In war, the word. In brotherhood— The Throne is heard. Fan-made Warhammer 40K inspired music.
