To begin with is a traditional Assamese vegetarian thali that is available for Rs 180/-. Most visitors order their delicious non veg dishes additionally. If you have a nice appetite and travelling in a group, you can try all their nonveg items. Don't miss the duck meat and Hilsa dishes. They will bowl you over.
The staff is very polite and hospitable. A visit to this Dhaba is a must if you are travelling on this Asian Highway AH1. The Dhaba opens at 7 am and closes at 10.30 pm. In between, it serves breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner.
The service, mostly by ladies, is quick.
Anuraag Dhaba is located at Borghat, near Nagaon town. About half the distance between Kaziranga and Guwahati.
