Working Again After 10 Years of Illness | Carnivore, Recovery & Starting Over

After 10 years of illness and losing my career, I’m asking myself a big question: can I work? My experience with multiple sclerosis changed my relationship with work and what I thought a normal life was supposed to look like. Carnivore played a huge part in my recovery and in getting my life back, but getting physically better is one thing. Figuring out how to regain my confidence in a changing world and build a work life that actually fits me is something else. Rather than trying to squeeze myself back into the conventional idea of a job, I’m starting over and experimenting with a different way of working, one that allows me to build work around my life, my energy, my interests and the rural life I’ve created in Asturias, Spain.
