Tingster & The Coyotitos
The Coyote crossed the seam
Beyond the edge of time
The clocks stood still
The air grew thin
No border, wall, or sign
He called his name
It struck the dark
Then vanished where it fell
The laws he knew released their grip
As something new took hold
No walls within
No doors to close
No shadow left unseen
This is the Ninth Dimension
Where love becomes the law
No living soul can stand alone
No wound can hide at all
No cry is lost to silence
No heart can disappear
If sorrow feeds on loneliness
It cannot survive here
He felt the wounds he carried in
Still burning in his chest
But every scar he tried to hide
Was opened to the rest
He felt another heartbeat
Like thunder through his own
A stranger's grief became his grief
No pain remained unknown
Fear reached out
Then lost its shape
With nowhere left to hide
For nothing here could seal itself
Or suffer locked inside
No walls within
No doors to close
No shadow left unseen
This is the Ninth Dimension
Where love becomes the law
No living soul can stand alone
No wound can hide at all
No cry is lost to silence
No heart can disappear
If sorrow feeds on loneliness
It cannot survive here
What if despair
Requires silence
What if grief
Requires space
What if hatred only grows
Where love cannot give chase
No distance
No refuge
No corner out of sight
No wound remains abandoned
When every soul shares light
Then the old world spoke his name
Come back
Return
Remain
He heard the pull
Of former roads
And felt their weight again
The old scars burned
The shadows stirred
The past began to call
But Sol Coyotl faced ahead
And would not let it rule
The past can call
The past can wound
But cannot choose your road
The road behind
Can speak your name
But you decide
Where you go
I have seen the Ninth Dimension
Where love becomes the law
Where every soul is carried whole
And none can stand apart
No cry is lost to silence
No wound can own your name
The past may speak
But cannot keep
The soul that walks away
I hear it call
I feel it fade
I'm not going back again
The Ninth Dimension
No distance
No silence
No soul abandoned
No pain alone
