In this DIY electronics project, I’m building a unique Flip Cube Lamp using glass fuses, LED lights, and a mercury switch.
The interesting part is the switching mechanism — simply flipping or rotating the cube changes its position and activates the light. The result is a simple but unusual handmade lamp with a satisfying mechanical effect.
⚠️ Safety note: This project uses a mercury switch. Mercury is toxic and requires careful handling and proper disposal. Do not break, open, or damage the switch. Follow your local regulations for handling and disposal of mercury-containing components.
