Grainger Town Project 1998

This documentary explains the origins of Newcastle city centre's Grainger Town and the plans to regenerate the area in the late 1990's. The Grainger Town Project, was an SRB-funded regeneration partnership between Newcastle City Council, English Heritage and English Partnerships.
