According to villagers, Barhana Gugnana has faced serious waterlogging problems for nearly 30 years. During heavy rainfall, three village ponds overflow, causing dirty water to enter streets and homes. Approximately 2,000–2,500 residents are reportedly affected, while villagers say waterlogging has also disrupted cultivation across nearly 500 acres of agricultural land. Village Sarpanch Rishipal and other representatives approached Sant Rampal Ji Maharaj at Dhanana Dham to request drainage equipment and clean drinking water facilities. Following a survey, the village received: 15,000 feet of 8-inch drainage pipeline PVC pipes and bends Air valves, iron plates and fittings Adhesives, steel nuts, bolts and other accessories The pipeline and accessories were handed over to the Gram Panchayat. *TWO MOTORS AND TWO RO PLANTS APPROVED* Two 20 HP motors have been approved for the drainage project. According to the volunteers, the motors will be supplied after the underground pipeline is laid and successfully inspected. Two RO water purification plants have also been approved to address the village's drinking water concerns.
