「 GRIEF // Stalemate — KzX 」║『GD Piano Cover』

honestly, idk what to write here so i'll just say anything that comes to mind. we're back again with a new arrangement i guess. i've been busy with irl stuff so i cant really do it fast enough, i also struggle to arrange some parts in here because it has 4 voices. i really love this music, i really love how KzX uses 4 voices like dude it's so satisfying! the main motif that goes like dum dud du du is also present almost the entire time which is so cool. I tried keeping the 4/4 pulse using the bass as you can see in the drop. i also heard a second melody under the main melody which i implemented with the left hand. i also tried using doggie's click pattern with the rhythm at cuber's and greafer's part although it may sound unidentical. i was inspired by something in iris' part, it used to be boring but i changed the left hand to make it less boring, if u play genshin you might know where it came from which is Yu Peng Chen's inazuma piano performance. one more interesting fact is that i used a low volume sine wave to boost the sub bass a tad bit. "why the ending?" well... i dont know, i just feel like it. i wanted to make a little tribute to doggie's journey. i got this idea while playing around with my piano like "what if i use stalemate's melody but make it sweet, nostalgic, sad, or whatever it is?". the idea was simple, so does the composition, nothing too complex because i wanted to capture that melancholic feeling, it's also pretty easy so yall can play along if you want. well, i hope you guys can feel what im feeling. also im so proud of my amethyst arrangement, please take a look at it 🥹🙏 DISCLAIMER: THIS IS NOT ME PLAYING THE PIANO, IT'S ALL MIDI PROGRAMMED.
