EASY One Sheet Wonder Mini Album using Simple Stories' Pumpkins & Plaid using up my paper stash

I am in the process of trying to use up the entire collection of Pumpkins and Plaid, a new collection from Simple Stories. I have already made several binder albums and a few other small projects, but I still have some paper and a bit of ephemera left. See how I chose to use some coordinating paper. The plan is to travel all over the US and enjoy the great outdoors with my husband. We chose a RV model that had an extra room with bunks, but instead of bunks I have a desk and drawers.
