THE SLOWEST RELOAD POSSIBLE - Fallout 3 Part 96

SURELY! SURELY ONE OF THESE WEAPONS IS USABLE! I know they're supposed to be slow compared to other types of rifles but, DEAR GOD, it's like I'm politely asking each cartridge to cycle before I even think of pulling the trigger! And the damage! THE DAMAGE! Slightly stronger than a warm caress, I'll give it that! Am I just remembering the Lincoln Repeater? Is that it? Am I dumb? LEVER ACTION RIFLE? MORE LIKE PEBBLE ACTION RIFLE!
