This event was... something. It's not bad but it's not great either, especially if you're not playing in the Synchro Team and you happen to join the somewhat weakest team in the event, which is Link (but hey, Salads best deck so you know I'm gonna pick the Link Team). And we can all agree that this is basically the Tenpai/Synchro Event. Having no access to Miragestallio, Horse Prince, and even Violet Chimera kinda sucks but Grind Game Salads is the way to play. I've been braindead throughout the entire event so I get very confused on what the endboard should be like on certain scenarios. I either go First and win or I go second and lose horribly. A few notes about the event: 1. I dueled some Tenpai Dragon players but playing late in the event, 90% of my duels were against Centur-Ion players 2. I freaking hate Cosmic Blazar 3. This deck has an okay matchup against Tenpai. A single interruption can often times stop them for progressing any further. But going second against Centur-Ion is massive pain 4. I used Fire Recovery in a few duels but I kinda thought that it wasn't completely necessary (it's pretty good in grind games tho) 5. I replaced Harpie's Feather Duster with Cosmic Cyclone. I run 3 copies because of the amount of Centur-Ion players I dueled. It deals well with their broken field spell and works nice against Tenpai too 6. The deck is guaranteed to win when going first as long as you don't get handtrapped to death or you don't brick. Usually, just having Roar is often enough to shut down most plays if you know what you're doing 7. This deck sucks going second and if you open with no handtraps to interrupt your opponent's plays (ESPECIALLY IF IT'S A SYCNHRON PLAYER), you're dead meat [Decklist] Main Deck: 2x D.D.
