And a painful chapter does not mean our lives are without purpose. Give us courage to keep going. Help us pray again. Help us believe again. Help us take another faithful step. And when we feel like giving up, remind our hearts that You are still God. We may not see what You are doing. We may not understand Your timing. We may not know what tomorrow holds. But we choose to trust You because You are faithful, You are merciful, You are good, and our lives remain in Your hands. If the answer comes differently than we expected, help us trust You. If the waiting continues, help us remain faithful. If the road becomes difficult, give us strength for the road. And when we cannot see the way, remind us that we are never outside Your care.
