FINDING DESERT ELEPHANTS | Walvis Bay Boat Cruise and Damaraland Safari

After spending a few days in Walvis Bay and heading out on one of the famed "boat cruises", we headed north to Damaraland in search of desert adapted elephants. We stayed in a beautiful lodge wedged in the middle of the Damaraland rocky terrain, with a fantastic view of the desert area. After not having much luck finding the elephants on our own, we jumped in a safari vehicle and had some great luck after searching for a few hours.
