How to grant a Zoom end user access to own ZP Recordings with org-wide Automatic Recording turned ON

Enabling an end user to access their own Zoom Phone recordings while the account admin has enforced Automatic Recordings on the account. By default, only admins can see the ZP recordings of the end users if 'Automatic Recordings' has been enforced on the account.
