What If Joey and Odion Dueled Today? | Dark Time Wizard vs Apophis

The Battle City Quarterfinals are BACK with a modern twist! It's Joey vs Odion, with both Duelists using their newest support cards in MDPro3. Joey's deck has been upgraded with the new Dark Time Wizard support, along with Gearfried the Steel Knight, and Gilford the Lightning, the Warrior of Thunderbolts, giving his strategy more powerful plays and new ways to pressure the opponent. Odion's Apophis strategy received major modern upgrades last year, but nothing as of recently. His newer support includes cards like The Man with the Mark, Anubis the Last Judge, Divine Scorpion Beast of Serket, and Treasures of the Kings, giving Odion much more to work with than his original Battle City deck. To recreate the Quarterfinals matchup as closely as possible while still bringing the decks into the modern era, we're playing a Best-of-5 series and putting both strategies to the test. Can Joey's new Dark Time Wizard strategy overcome Odion's upgraded Apophis deck? Or will Odion's Trap-based strategy prove too difficult for Joey to handle? Watch all five duels as these two Battle City rivals return for a modern-day showdown. Which strategy do you think fits Joey and Odion better in the modern game? Let me know in the comments!
