Warzone 2100 - 1v1 Dumb25a AI (VTOL)

Dumb25a is an AI that is actually stronger than bonecrusher, it is able control units in a very AI like, keeping them spread apart giving them an easy way to retreat for repair. It has a major flaw against air though.
