In 2009, Nintendo launched the Food Channel in Japan as a collaboration with the Demae-Can delivery service. It was shut down in 2017, but thinks to the incredibly talented developers and translators of the WiiLink team, the channel can now be used again outside of Japan!
You can order pizza via Dominos if you're in the USA or Canada, but Just Eat delivery is now available in the UK, Ireland, Germany, Spain, Italy and Austria!
I go through all of the steps of ordering food in the video, but to get the channel working for the first time, you need to do a bit of prep work and set up a WiiLink Account. Detailed instructions can be found on the WiiLink website here: https://wiilink.ca/guide/just-eat/
The guide assumes you already have a homebrewed Wii console, so make sure to do that first.
TROUBLESHOOTING:
"Not supported in your region" error: You haven't set the consoles region in System Settings.
Error when adding items to basket: On the WiiLink Accounts order confirmation page, cancel any orders shown on screen, then try again. (you need to manually cancel every order, there is no way for the website to do this automatically!)
