St Ives Spring Food Festival, April 2023, Cornwall

The video starts overlooking Porthminster Beach. The Food Festival consists of quite a varety of delicious foods which are often quite exotic. Fortunately the weather was quite sunny and dry. Each spring is converted into a kind beach kitchen. The celebration occurs for a few days and one night there is some quite dramatic fireworks. I like to go for a walk toward Carbis Bay during the period of the festival as old man winter has left and the colours of spring start to dominate the landscape. The music group named Regalos actualy appeared toward the end of the festival although I put the musical bit at the beginning of the video which I thought was a good way to start. It was quite entertaining . Fortunately a seal made an appoearance in the sea at the nearby cliffs. !!
