2026 RRFCX M60+ Saturday

My cyclocross race at the Really Rad Festival of CX at Falmouth, MA (Cape Cod). Note the video has a speed up in lap 3/4 when the A bike is in the pit catching some air :-) Had a really good start, until in the 2nd lap I wiped out hard in slow turn, while battling for third. Turned out my front tire had turned soft, next lap rode it precariously thru corners until I decided to change bikes in the pit, half lap later was able to change back and continue (Bike is ready!). Then started to fade a little in the last 2 laps and then clipped the barriers for a 2nd mishap, which cost me my fourth spot, then a dark horse (black kit, new racer to me) napped me for 5th in the last lap. Finished 6th out 24. Lap chapters =========== 0:00 Lap 1 4:37 Double overtake, almost 7:49 Lap 2 13:55 hard crash, my front tire starting to get soft by this time 15:26 Lap 3 23:06 Lap 4 23:23 Into the pit, bike exchange (video skips half a lap) asked for more pressure in front tire. 26:38 Lap 5 34:17 Lap 6 35:04 Clipped the barrier, hit ground hard, distracted for a split second. 41:46 to the Finish For detailed race data, checkout out: https://laptrack.racing/app/?share=bc1faf4....
