Carb Removal and Jet Cleaning - Honda CRF 230L

In this video, I walk through a full carburetor removal and jet cleaning on my Honda CRF 230L. After sitting over winter, the small jet (pilot jet) clogged from old fuel, causing rough running at low throttle. I show every step: removing the plastics, seat, and gas tank, pulling the carburetor, removing and cleaning both jets, reinstalling the carb, replacing the air filter, and reassembling the bike. Finally, I test the engine at low throttle to make sure the small jet is working properly again. If your CRF 230L is bogging or idling poorly after sitting, this simple process can bring it back to life. I am not a mechanic. This video is for entertainment purposes.
